As a spiritual realist, Melody likes to incorporate spiritual principles into our daily lives to help guide us.
This talk expands on how to develop and use the tools of Shifting Perspective, Goal setting, and Action, Accepting Change, developing a Gratitude and Delight practice, and the immense value of a positive and supportive Community.
Melody Cooper is a motivational keynote speaker and professional harpist, pianist, and vocalist. She is originally from NYC, lived many years in Key West, Florida and now resides in Asheville, NC.
Melody was the music director of Unity of the Keys for 6 years (and is so happy to be back this Sunday!) and currently is on rotation as music leader at the Center for Spiritual Living, Asheville NC.
She has an eclectic background in jazz, popular, classical, Spanish, Latin, and Celtic music and a catalog of varied genre of original songs. Look for new recordings this coming spring!
Melody also is a certified yoga and meditation teacher who teaches at Purna Yoga 828 and also does Restorative Yoga with live Harp workshops.
