Our mission is to improve and empower the human experience within the congregation and in the community-at-large through social action programs. We will be developing, sponsoring or participating in social action programs which provide spiritual, intellectual and physical relief, support and growth. Members of this team will meet on a regular basis to plan and implement
various projects throughout the year. Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, local soup kitchens, and Hospice of the Lower Keys are just a few examples of the sort of activities which can use the assistance of our Unity Team. Volunteers on this team have the satisfaction of making a direct and immediate difference in the lives of many people in our community. At the same time they make new connections and friendships with other agencies and Church organizations here in Key West.
