A series of four sessions starting May 3rd
“Mindfulness allows us to watch our thoughts, see how one thought leads to the next, decide if we’re heading toward an unhealthy path, and if so, let go and change directions.” Sharon Salzberg, “Mindfulness”
The word mindfulness is often used to describe actions, speech, thought, movement, feelings, and meditation. It can be a way to slow down, reflect and observe our body, speech and mind. In this four week series, we will explore the practice of mindfulness and meditation.
Classes will be held Thursday evenings, 5:30-6:30 pm on May 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th,
in the Unity Fellowship Room – 1011 Virginia St. Key West, FL
