The Christmas season is filled with joy and celebration and for many people, it is also a time of sadness owing to the loss of loved ones. The Blue Holiday observance creates a holy container to process the grief that can accompany these seasons.

This experience of healing is open to all.

Loss can take many shapes in our lives; the loss of someone dear to us, the loss of a significant relationship, the loss of our sense of purpose, the loss of employment, and perhaps the loss of our health or that of a loved one, and even the loss of an aspiration or dream.

Sometimes we just need space and the time to acknowledge our grief and apprehension and it is good to know that we are not alone in our sadness during the holiday season.

Together we can acknowledge that it is okay to feel sad during the holidays.

Please accept this invitation to be with us and to experience the hope and joy of God’s light that shines ever so bright even in the depths of our darkest night.
